Refill System
How Refills Work:
Eco Nico’s refill systems are designed to make sustainable routines simple and convenient while helping reduce unnecessary single-use packaging. Already have a soap dispenser or refill container at home? Perfect — we always encourage using what you already have first.
Don’t have a container yet? Eco Nico also offers reusable glass bottles with pumps designed to be refilled again and again.
Where to Refill?
You can refill in person Tuesdays, 8 AM - 12 PM at the Napa Farmers Market (Sept. 1 - Dec. 22, 2026), request local drop off/pick up, doorstep refill service or order online to replenish your favorite products at home.
Local Refill Services -
- Porch Drop-Off/Pick-Up — Free
Drop off your clean, labeled containers at my porch and pick them up once they’ve been refilled. A simple, flexible option for local customers looking to reduce packaging waste but can't make it to the Tuesday Farmers Market.
- Doorstep Refill Delivery — Pricing varies based on distance.
Prefer a more hands-off option? I’ll come directly to your home to refill your containers at your doorstep. Please make sure all containers are clean and clearly labeled. This service is designed to make refilling convenient for everyday life.
Ideally for customers within 20 miles of Napa, CA 94559. Outside this radius? Please fill out a request and I'll get back to you as soon as possible.
Refill at Home -
Not local? No problem! Our lightweight refill pouches 16 & 32 oz make it easy to reduce waste without constantly repurchasing bottles while supporting a more intentional, circular system. (Larger sizes & gallons available for select items upon request.)
- Example: 16 oz bottle + 32 oz refill pouch = approximately 2 refills

Once empty, simply rinse and dry your pouches, place them in a mailer, and attach a return label.
To support our circular refill program, a small $2 packaging fee is included with each refill pouch purchase. This helps support pouch collection, cleaning, and reuse efforts.
Return 5 empty refill pouches and receive a $10 Eco Nico store credit toward a future purchase.
